History
Dr Myron Buckholtz owned and operated the Fulton St practice for decades before Dr Wilson purchased the practice after Dr Buckholtz's retirement in 2011. In early 2015, Dr Wilson and Dr Parra realized that Elmira, Waverly, and the surrounding areas also were in great need in terms of more dentists who were willing to treat Medicaid patients. He and Dr Parra then made the decision to start accepting most Medicaid plans and change the practice name to Wilson Dental to match it's sister New York practices in Binghamton, Rochester, Syracuse, and Freeville.
